Shipping & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and are happy to provide additional information about or photos of an item. If your item appears to be misrepresented, Reclamation Point accepts returns within 7 days of delivery provided you send photo and written documentation. 


All items are mailed/shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance and tracking. If Reclamation Point deems additional postal insurance prudent or necessary, we add this at no charge to the buyer. Sales tax and shipping costs appear at checkout. If requested, alternative delivery methods may be accommodated for an additional fee. Please leave a note at checkout, send an email, or call to request this.

Payment Policy

We accept personal or institutional checks or payments via Venmo (where possible). Upon receiving an order, we send invoices with payment terms and instructions via email.

Privacy & Information Policy

Certain of your information that you voluntarily enter into our payment system (such as shipping destination, etc.) may be stored for ease of checkout in future. However, Reclamation Point does not use personal or financial information for advertising or solicitation purposes, nor does it share information provided with third parties. 

Use of Photos

Reclamation Point reserves the right to use all photos that appear on, even after an item has been sold. This includes but is not limited to social media posts and campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts.
